Concrete quality assured through audited production and regular testing
Beulah Concrete operates under the Concrete NZ Plant Audit Scheme and is quality assured to NZS 3104.
Testing is carried out regularly throughout production by qualified lab technicians, helping Beulah monitor concrete strength and maintain the standards required under the scheme.
As part of those requirements, testing is completed at a rate of one test for every 75m³ produced, with small loads under 3m³ generally excluded.
Qualified testing and plant engineering support
Beulah has qualified lab technicians carrying out testing as part of its day-to-day production process.
A plant engineer also supports the business throughout the year, including mix design, production records and the documentation required to maintain quality assurance under the Plant Audit Scheme.
Concrete production audited up to 50 MPa
Beulah’s plants are audited to produce concrete up to 50 MPa, allowing the team to supply everything from common residential and rural mixes through to higher-strength commercial and industrial requirements.
Concrete strength is matched to the project rather than simply increasing cement content unnecessarily.
Regular testing gives Beulah visibility over how its mixes are performing and supports adjustments where required while maintaining the specified strength and durability.
