I organised for them to concrete my parents' workshop floor as a surprise birthday present for my dad, and they absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, the whole team was friendly, hardworking, professional, and incredibly respectful of my parents and their property. You could tell they genuinely took pride in their work, and the finished floor looks fantastic. One of the team even stayed back late to make sure the job was completed properly. While we were waiting for the concrete to cure, we ended up having a great conversation, and I really enjoyed his company. It's not every day you meet tradespeople who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to.
